1. Overview of Our Platform
1minBooking.com provides an online platform that enables users (“you”, “your”, or “Users”) to discover, book, and manage services offered by independent third-party service providers (“Service Providers”).
We act solely as a facilitator or booking intermediary between Users and Service Providers. We do not provide, own, or control the services offered by Service Providers.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction);
- Legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. User Accounts
To make a booking, you need to login with your google account, you don’t have to create new account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
- Keep your login credentials secure;
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or block your account if we suspect any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.
4. Bookings and Payments
- When you make a booking, you enter into a direct contract with the Service Provider.
- Prices, availability, and service details are provided by Service Providers and may change without notice.
- We do not collect payments, end users can book services from service providers without a booking fee.
Cancellations are subject to each Service Provider’s cancellation policy.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or fraudulent purpose;
- Misuse or interfere with the operation of the Platform;
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content;
- Attempt to collect personal data of other Users or Service Providers.
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
- We do not control or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or performance of any services provided by Service Providers.
- We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Platform or any listed services.
- Your interactions and transactions with Service Providers are at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or the services booked through it.
- Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms or your use of the Platform is 0 as you as end user don’t pay any booking fee.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and trademarks on the Platform are owned or licensed by NICT AB.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the Platform without our written consent.
9. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your personal information.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior harmful to us, other users, or Service Providers.
You may stop using the Platform at any time by logging out of the platform

Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
