Terms and Conditions for Service Providers

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the [1MinBooking.com] (“Platform”), operated by [NICT AB], a company registered in [Sweden] with its principal office at [Rosvagen 9, Ekero] (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By subscribing to or using our Platform, you (“you”, “your”, or “Service Provider”) agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.


1. Definitions

  • Platform: Our website and software system that enables your customers to book your services online.
  • Service Provider: A business or company that subscribes to the Platform to enable online booking of its services.
  • End User / Customer: An individual or entity that uses the Platform to book services offered by the Service Provider.
  • Subscription: The paid plan that grants the Service Provider access to use the Platform.

2. Nature of the Service

  • We provide a software platform that allows you to manage bookings for your services.
  • We are not a party to the contract between you and your customers.
  • We are not responsible for the quality, delivery, legality, or fulfillment of your services.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to access the Platform.
  • All registration information must be accurate and kept up-to-date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Fees

  • Access to the Platform requires a paid subscription.
  • Subscription plans, pricing, and features are described on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
  • Fees are billed [monthly/every 3 months/yearly] in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Non-payment will result in suspension or termination of access.

5. Platform Availability and Support

  • We aim to provide 99% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance.
  • Technical support is available via email at [support@1MinBooking.com].
  • We do not provide support for issues related to your services or your customers, just related to our platform.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You must ensure your services, listings, schedules, and terms are accurate and lawful.
  • You are solely responsible for the relationship with your customers, including service fulfillment, disputes, and refunds.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your business.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform to offer illegal or harmful services.
  • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
  • Use the Platform to contact customers for purposes unrelated to your services.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All Platform content and software is our exclusive property.
  • You retain rights to your own branding, and service descriptions.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive right to use your content for displaying it on the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 1 month.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or non-payment.
  • Upon termination, all your data will be deleted after [180] days.

11. Changes to the Agreement

  • We may update this Agreement with 14 days’ notice.
  • Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

  • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Stockholm, Sweden.
